"This is the 'K' version, which is the 'Desktop' edition, much rarer and harder to find than the standard Suitcase version!This great drum machine was built in 1977 in Germany and is fully working in excellent (near mint) cosmetical condition for its age.

FEATURES: very nice analog fat sounds, unique, classy design, it’s a great sounding unit that can easily been retofitted with MIDI (if you want mod it). The Rhythm 80 K shares some semblance with the Vermona ER9. Sound generation is purely analog but you get some digital control for the sequences.
There are 2 special cool functions, such as fade-out and the automatic tempo (recommended speed for the preset).
The unit delivers 20 rhythms with 4 variations each, making it 80 in total. The 4 variations can be selected/deselected individually and can be arranged to change every 2, 4, 8 or 16 bars!
In addition, with the Bass and Treble controls you can adjust the sound. You can also decide if activate Cymbal or not inside the rhythms.
The Rhythm 80 K includes the following preset grooves:
