"Fully functional and in excellent cosmetic condition for its age Yamaha CS70M. It has been serviced to ensure reliable use.The CS-70m is the younger sibling/sucessor to the legendary Yamaha CS-80.
In fact It improves upon the reliability and features of the CS80. the programability of the CS 70m allows for incredible textures just not possible with other vintage synths from the era and is the last analog yamaha synthesizer of the era.
Service notes include (05/05/25):
Replacing electrolytic capacitors in power supply
Replacing 2-prong inlet with modern 3-prong IEC inlet (NOTE: unit was photographed prior to the IEC replacement)
Cleaning flushing and lubricating all sliders
Cleaning flushing and lubricating all potentiometers
Cleaning all internal switch contacts
Cleaning all I/O jacks
Cleaning battery compartment and replacing batteries"
