quite rare midi digital keyboard recorder (sequencer), made in Japan, in 1985, as far as I know.
tiny thing, is capable of recording incoming midi keyboard playing, overdubbing it, looping it, and being played by it’s own clock, or by external midi clock.
extremely simple and easy to use.
