"This 106 has been meticulously refurbished over many hours, with future-proofing measures other sellers rarely do, and is working perfectly and ready to play / record with. Parts costs alone, not including labor, were probably over $500.

In addition to any repairs, we did the following work to this unit:

Cleaned all potentiometers.
Cleaned all switches.
Cleaned all jacks.
Replaced all 80017 chips with modern replicas
Replaced all slide pots
Replaced fader dust protectors with new ones
Replaced all tact switches with new ones for optimal performance.
Replaced power supply capacitors for longevity.
Replaced BBDs (MN3009 x2).
Replaced bias trims (19k).
Replaced 100k trim.
Replaced battery.
Reloaded factory sounds.
Calibrated VCF, VCA, Noise bias for BBD.
Removed all keys and cleaned keys and keyboard chassis.
Cleaned key contacts.

Multiple systematic tests to make sure unit works reliably over time.

This 106 is better than the rest, will hopefully be much more reliable than others you'll find on the market and is priced accordingly."
