"Excellent condition. Includes black gig bag. The bag is a bit oversized for this unit but will get you from point A to point B. This synth will be packed with extra care inside the bag for shipping.

The Poly Evolver is Dave Smith’s four-voice hybrid masterpiece, combining two analog and two digital oscillators per voice with Curtis analog filters, deep modulation options, and four independent 16-step sequencers. Its knob-rich panel invites hands-on sound design, from evolving textures to aggressive leads. Originally introduced in the mid-2000s, the Poly Evolver remains one of the most powerful synths of its era.

This unit, originally owned by Jordan Rudess of Dream Theater, is in spectacular condition. A rare opportunity to own a landmark instrument that bridges the analog warmth of classic Sequential with the innovation that launched Dave Smith Instruments.

Key Features / Specs:

4-voice polyphony (each voice = 2 analog + 2 digital oscillators)

Analog oscillators with classic Curtis filters for warmth

Digital oscillators featuring Prophet VS waveforms + user waves

Four 16-step sequencers (one per voice) for complex patterns

Extensive modulation with 24 slots + 78 sources/destinations

Dual effects section including distortion, delay, and feedback routing

Tuned feedback for aggressive, evolving textures

Keyboard version with 61 semi-weighted keys, velocity + aftertouch

Hands-on control: nearly every parameter has its own knob

Note: 30% of proceeds benefit the Bob Moog Foundation."
