"This listing is for the ULTIMATE TR-606 mod.

This AlienizeD Circuits Desktop MK2 version features:

_ 6 'Mute' illuminated switches;

_ 21 added controls to sculpt each instrument's sound (see pictures for the frontpanel layout);

_An extended "trigger" section allowing to alter some parameters using the HT / LT / External trigger signal as trigger source (you can alter BD Pitch or SD / CY / OH / CH decays). You can create live-like HH patterns with a changing decay or write BD patterns that will sound like a Bass!

_Separate outputs for every instrument (when a jack is plugged in one of the separate outs, the corresponding sound is withdrawn from the mix).

_Midi in (sync, start, stop);

_CR2032 battery mod to keep patterns into memory for years without fearing the dreadful battery leakage that damaged so many vintage electronic instruments...

_Top-quality engraved front panels (anodized aluminum) and rubber knobs with a great feel;

_Ash wood enclosure.

I've been modding dozens of TR-606s in the past ten years. This 'Desktop' version is a very limited edition, there won't be more than two after this one so don't miss it!

The video in the link above had its sound recorded through the separate outs and with absolutely no FX or sound processing : raw audio from the machine's guts, with just a gentle stereo pan! (please note that the unit shown in the video is similar to the one for sale but is NOT the one for sale)"
