"The DriftLog from Teia Synthesizers is a dual-channel random voltage generator designed to generate, capture, and reshape random voltages in real time. he two channels—A and B—produce independent voltages, but share a set of shaping controls, namely Slope for morphing between stepped and smooth voltages and Shape for sculpting the curvature of the voltages. There's also a 3-position switch that changes the range of the Shape control from Arc to Peak, Exponential rise to exponential fall, and Bezier ease in to ease out. Each channel can be switched into Loop mode, which allows it to record and replay a selectable portion of its random history using dedicated Start and Length controls.

The Clock is a global setting shared by both channels and is part of the charm of this module. TWhile it's random, the two can have varying degrees of interplay provided by the aforementioned shared controls, but also the clock, which retains its temporal integrity even when the controls are locked. Choose from three different ranges: Slow, Med, and Fast, giving you a range from about 120s at its slowest to 10ms at its fastest. Use the Shift button to access an additional layer of control. The DriftLog from Teia is a superb random module that is a refreshing take on this invaluable module.
