"This video showcases the full MPE system firmware test for the 700 VOICE synthesizer.
All audio in this recording is generated directly from the 700FM VOICE module. We put the device’s MPE control system and native 700 VOICE MPE architecture through a comprehensive functional test.
We use an iPad as our controller, sending MIDI data wirelessly via Bluetooth MIDI for this evaluation.
Tested features cover all 4 dimensions of MPE expression, note quantization, key tracking playability, as well as MIDI CC mapping functionality.
The 700 VOICE MPE implementation supports slider modulation mapping for all available parameters, enabling independent modulation control for every polyphonic voice assigned to each individual touch gesture.
In this demo, we use slider controls to modulate Filter Cutoff (Index 3, Index 2, Index 1) and Oscillator 4 parameters.
