The AN1X was at least inspired by the prophet 5 but kinda missed its mark by being a virtual look alike to the CS1X which was a fun but limited ROMpler - that said the AN1X is really annoying to navigate and the editors available are complex because they cover100% of the synths features - makes sense if you have a lot of time but I don’t…. The prophetic Annie aims to simplify while also giving some of the best features and sounds of the AN1X their place to shine"
