X1L3 - ALLEYKAT - I DO NOT WANT THIS ❌ - 8580 SID - nine inch nails cover - eurorack module

video upload by X1L3

"Another one from my attempt to cover the whole album on a potato sound chip.

I thought this one worthy of it's own upload for how closely it captures what makes the original tick, the quite authentic 90s cronch from the half way point, and for how 'industrial' the SID manages to sound, despite it seemingly being a toy at face value.

By far the hardest one to do so far. I suspect and hppe that the remainder of the album will prove to be a lot easier than this one was.

As always - props to Rob Hubbard, who's own style and methods played a big part in how i choose to go about things with the SID 🔥
