Digitana Micro Acid Drone Synth demo

YouTube via DigitanaUK
"Demo of the sounds of the Micro Acid Drone, due to the way I am holding it in the video it was awkward to play, normally you would be sat with it on your lap which makes it very easy to play. A better video will follow later.
These are available to buy from my website for £65UKP plus shipping.
They are handmade using high quality parts and are limited in quantity to around 30 worldwide.

Thanks for watching
Zoe"

Acieeed!

Digitana Micro Acid Drone in Yellow
"Just a quick message to notify you that I have decided to offer the Micro Acid Drone in yellow as well as the silver, I am currently trialling a different material for the panels, and I made one up today and it looks really nice, the faceplate is still aluminium but has a yellow polymer overlay, also the knobs are yellow and a different type, everything else remains the same."

Digitana Micro Acid Drone

via Digitana: "Like the Micro Punk Console it is a small handheld synth with a simple yet musical interface, again quantities will be limited to around 30 worldwide. The Micro Acid Drone is played by pressing the pedal and tweaking the pitch and tone controls, the sounds that it makes vary from resonant sounding acidic bleeps to drones and pseudo filter sweeps, a video demo will be coming to my youtube channel soon http://uk.youtube.com/user/DigitanaUK
The price will be £65UKP plus shipping but as a subscriber to the mailing list I am offering you a 10% discount to the first 10 pre orders, so if you think you may be interested let me know.
The first batch of 10 will be ready to ship before Christmas, more details will be posted on the website over the next few days.

Thats all for now
Best wishes
Zoe"

Digitana Micro Punk Console as a modulation source for analog synth

YouTube via DigitanaUK. Note the Micro Punk console is available on Ebay.
"A demo of me showing the Micro Punk Console being used to modify the sounds of a Moog Little Phatty.

In the video I am using the Filter CV and Pitch CV inputs at different times to show some of the possibilities. Any analog synth with CV inputs could be used in place of the Moog, such as a modular synth or a MS10/20 etc.

All the audio is unprocessed direct out from the Moog, see my other videos for sounds of the Micro Punk Console.

Hope you enjoy it and please subscribe if you do!"

Myself and the EMS Synthi 100 on YouTube

No, not me. YouTube via mustanghovercraft. Note: The Synthi 100 has an ignition key. : )

"Here's a clip of myself being interviewed by SonicState in 2003. We had nearly completed restoration of a EMS Synthi 100 and were showing it in London. I HATE having my pic taken - being filmed - whatever! And to have a mic shoved in front of you with no rehearsal - yikes! No wonder I forgot everything and stumbled all the way through!!

Just to correct a couple of things - this Synthi was researched in depth (with help from R. Wood!)and found to be the original DIGITANA (the name for the prototype before Synthi 100) as used and pictured in the EMS Studio. The sequencer was designed slightly later around '70 - 71... This being the original it consisted several veroboards!
An awesome instrument when its restoration was completed - and one I miss... "
