MP19 WORKSHOPS & DIY D3V1C3S

"Synthesis, manipulation, loss of content and spoilage through the construction of analog devices.
Workshop on generation / corruption of audiovisual material and data.

12/13.04 Santander Slap
26/27.04 Bilbao Larraskito
04/05.05 Madrid T-37

During these workshops, different methodologies will be reviewed on prototyping, design, construction and articulation of experimental compositions from the point of view of performance and circuit design, as the first stage of audiovisual speech.
Based on the topic of philes as a detonator of creativity and audiovisual creation.
Open hardware / Analog electronic designs for audio and video synthesis/processor.
Kits:
• Schmutz: Distorter of upper voices, tone and texture control, mixture by potentiometers (2 CV IN to blend texture and control voltage). Octaver + Blend + Texturizer + Tone + Distortion + Attenuator + Millenium effect bypass with LED
• Grain: video and audio synthesizer with 5 controls through potentiometer, 2 voices individually controlled attack / decay and synchrony. 2 audio outputs + triangular and square wave output video in sync with the audio.
• Disruptor: analog Delay repeating control, time and modulation speed, volume and feedback delay. 1 Input, 2 Outputs: processed voice and feedback. Millenium effect bypass with LED and LED modulation speed.

Workshop attendance is free / no registration fees.
MP19 provides all materials needed for the construction of electronic circuits.
The kit includes PCB (printed circuit board), electronics, metal potentiometers, knobs, jack connectors 6.3 "minijack or 4mm Banana, the case you have to make yourself.
Only paid materials / kits that are acquired. At the end of the workshop mp19 takes care of the adjustment, calibration or repair of each of the modules built.

Places are limited by registration order.

SCMU†Z CV Cøntrøl - EFXX Audio Processor from MP19 on Vimeo.

"New device for this bizzarre winter from the ://mp19.net headquarters.
New version of the Schmutz (Fuzz octaver) with CV controls for the Texturizer and Blend (Cossfader-VCA).
It has been added 4 new controls through potentiometer -not seen on the video- offset, bias, and atenuators In/Out.
•Control:
Volume in
Texturizer: controls distorsion and upper octaves. CV IN 0-8v
Blend - Dry/Wet: control balances from clean to texturized signal. CV IN 0-8v
Volume out
•Inputs:
Audio In
Texture CV
Blend CV
•Outputs:
Audio output

Avalable ONLY in our workshops or through downloading from our web and DoIngYourself.
Next Workshop 16,17 Feb. 13 @ Hangar.org PobleNou BCN, ES.
Schematics and docu. really soon for download.

GALLOLIZER MP19 Electronic Devices

GALLOLIZER MP19 Electronic Devices from MP19 on Vimeo.

"Gallolizer is an unique effects processing unit and totally handmade, inspired by Krautrock, New wave and Early Techno music. It combines analog and digital effects with an old-school management. Designed for the search of Industrial and Techno-Dub sounds, getting lo-fi real echoes, metallic sounds and new textures for drum machines, synthesizers or tradicional instruments. Perfect for live acts and more dark meetings in the studio.
Contains two different analog distortions, the clone of Ampeg Scrambler with the original transistors, and a FuzzFace germanium transistors.
A Bit Crusher of Arduino with a low-pass filter, a digital delay circuit with a lo fi sound that simulates a real analog echoes and a digital reverb.
