"The bassdrum sound is entirely coming from the Mrs.Bassdrum Box.
The other drum sounds are samples of the TR-808 snare and hihat on the computer. Mrs.Bassdrum is sequenced with short click sounds programmed in Ableton Live coming out the headphone jack on a laptop going into the trigger input on Mrs.Bassdrum. Massive bass is the result !! Mrs.Bassdrum is based on the TR-808 bassdrum circuit, but is powered by a 9 volt adapter or 9 volt battery. Enjoy!! Coming to ebay soon..."

via this auction
"There are 6 knobs:
Sens. (trigger sensitivity)
Tune (pitch control)
Level (volume control)
Decay (length of sound) *twice as long as original 808*
Env (Pitch envelope)
Tone (level of initial click sound)
There is also a switch to turn the Env. to original TR-808 setting.
This makes it easy to get the original 808 sound.
Turn the tune knob near the center for the original pitch.
Then you are off to 808 style heaven.
But you can get much much lower (and higher!)
Mrs.BassDrum is powered by a 9 volt adapter or 9 volt battery.
Triggered by voltage in, audio in, or tap the drum pad.
Fun and scary speaker shuffling!!
Watch your levels!!!"

Mr.SnareDrum analog drum synth based on Roland TR-808

via this auction
video previously posted

"Mr.SnareDrum Analog Snare Drum Synthesizer. A handmade and unique Analog Snare Drum Synth. Create authentic sounding TR-808 snare sounds, start a live electro band or hiphop group. It can be triggered by the onboard drum pad, voltage input, or audio input. The input is even velocity sensitive, so you can get the accented sound when you hit it harder. Many different sounds are possible just by hitting it softer or harder (just like a real snare drum!), from a tom drum or rimshot type sound to a regular nice snare to a hard crack that will make your eyes blink (in a nice way!). Turn the 9 knobs to your liking to create a variety of tom, rimshot, click, pop, snare, noise, clap, and snap.

9 KNOBS: SENS (Trigger Sensitivity), SNAPPY, NOISE, TUNE A, TUNE B, TONE, FILTER, DECAY, and VOLUME.
JACKS: Trigger Input (can be voltage or audio) and Audio Output.

Powered on 9 volts."

"A drum beat using just the Mr.SnareDrum and BeatieBop Analog Drum Synths. I programmed some stereo clicks of different volumes in Ableton Live and sent it out to the trigger inputs on the Drum Synths with a Y-Cable from a laptop headphone jack. Easy way to sequence these analog drums since they can be triggered by voltage OR audio.
Coming to ebay soon..."

MrAcidMachine | February 16, 2011 |

"Just testing various combinations of the accent and slide switches on the ACID BASSLINE KEYTAR!! ON EBAY NOW! WOW! HOW NOW BROWN COW!"

Update:
Details and pics:
"This is a one-of-a-kind custom analog synth. It is a clone of the Roland TB-303 Bassline sound generating circuits plus a keyboard for playing enjoyment and a "TEMPO" LFO for triggering the gate and modulating the filter. Buttons and switches for turning on/off the accent and slide. Switches for Gate-On, TEMPO to Gate, SPEAKER ON/OFF, POWER ON/OFF and WAVEFORM SAW/SQUARE. Knobs for TEMPO, TUNING, CUT OFF FREQ, RESONANCE, ENV MOD, DECAY, ACCENT, TEMPO MOD, and VOLUME. 1/4 inch jacks for AUDIO IN (to filter), CV IN, GATE IN, ACCENT IN, SLIDE IN, and AUDIO OUTPUT. It takes a 9V DC adapter or 6 AA batteries. It has a built-in speaker. Sounds great plugged into an amplifier! Excellent through distortion pedals too! Comes with handmade carry bag and a guitar strap. batteries included."

Update: some more info: "The case was a Casio SA-20 keyboard I found at Goodwill. I modified the headphone/speaker circuit board to be louder/better sounding. Then I hand-soldered prototype boards to create the audio generating circuits of the TB-303. I used some different parts than the original, increased the resonance so it can self-oscillate, added an LFO to trigger the Gate and modulate the filter, and added a circuit to make the keyboard work."
