Sankey Keyboard?

g.m.c. sent in this image. He was told the manufacturer is Sankey. He's wondering if anyone has more info on it. If you do, please feel free to comment. I swear I've seen if not posted this particular keyboard before (if not something like it) but I came up dry on a search for Sankey, radio, and tuner.

"Sell ZET Electronics digitally to sequencers. Model MCS-1 Hab' unfortunately no information about the manufacturer still other background. The equipment has German Komunikationstexte in the display. One can provide various sequences on several traces."
