Casio EG-5

Title link takes you to shots pulled via this Craiglist posting.

"This is a Casio EG5. Made in Japan in the early eighties.

Perfect for a one man band. You can pre-record your show on cassette and then pop it in the guitar and go to work. Plug it into your PA system, or your amp.

This is also the best practice tool ever made. You can use it for jamming by yourself, to whatever cassette you put in. The cassette speed is adjustable for matching pitch. or slow it down to learn a favorite guitar run. Onboard speaker, if no amp or PA is available. Nothing can stop your show.

It can blend between the tape and guitar, to get just the right volume match. It has great clean tone, or hit the button for distortion. The onboard distortion is killer sounding !! You can adjust the level of distortion needed."
