By-Tor on electro-music.com just set up a site on some of Ray Wilson's Music From Outer Space designs. You can check out Syn-Bin here. Currently listed are the Weird Sound Generator, SoundLab Minisynth, WP-20 Mini Synth.

"Here is a photo of some of my modular setup: On top left a custom walnut Minimoog/modular with center modules DIY, bringing out the patch points on the Mini, with bottom row in MOTM format. Below a Moog Voyager. On top right a Roland System 100m on top of a 1969 Moog 1P. Below a NED Synclavier II on top of a Hammond L-100 chopper."

It was developed by the Music Technology Group at the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, a research team composed of Sergi Jordà, Marcos Alonso, Günter Geiger and Martin Kaltenbrunner. Multiple simultaneous users share total control over the instrument by moving and rotating physical objects on the surface of a bright circular table. Manipulating these objects, representatives of the classical components of a modular synthesizer, users can create complex and dynamic sound typologies, generators, filters and modulators, in a kind of tangible modular synthesizer. There are only 5 reacTable, which included it was sold to Icelandic singer Bjork."

Doepfer mixer and envelope generator. Livewire Vulcan modulating one filter. PAIA lfo the other. The two oscillators are out of tune at first, but they are mostly brought into tune after a little bit of adjustment from the transposer module."
"This is most likely the fastest tracks I've made for a video. The time it took to make this was about an hour. Evolver sequenced from the EMX, Revolution through ESX's effects.
Nothing much to say, it's a chill track made just because I've had such a long pause in uploading anything new. I'm still making new stuff, but never really got around recording them into a full track.
I just might do a video of a selection of unfinished patterns that I have made during the years."

All in real time with no input from other sources. The sound quality's not the greatest - just using the camera mike - I had the monitors up pretty loud but the sequencer was closer so there's still sound from the switches. You can find out more about this sequencer at electro-music.com - go to the forums, and look for the klee section in the diy area."

The CDs were named "Synthesizers Von Gestern Vol 1/2/3". This track was composed by Klaus Stülen at Originalton West Studio / Köln."

I was trying to get something that reminded me of a Serge type sound. I don't think I was quite successful, I need more modules to get closer.
I also recorded a second track of audio through the Roland Space Echo, but this track is dry, nothing added in the computer, not even compression, just analog compression through the Urei LA-22 during recording."
