"The MS-10 is a cool & classic analog synth known for its great bass and percussive sounds. It was released by Korg in 1978 as an entry-level, simple monophonic single-VCO analog synthesizer. With the authentic look of a mini-modular its single VCO is patchable using standard 1/4 inch patch cords to the VCF and VCA. It really is a powerful little mono-synth with plenty of knobs and a compact 32-note keyboard. It is CV/Gate controllable. A very cool feature is its external input to filter which allows you to filter external sound sources!..."

"This is an as new unit. Perfect order throughout. It is the model without the cv/gate on the back however it does have predrilled holed for the cv/gate.
4 mono synths with LFOs each envelope for amp pitch and filter, glide , FM for osc or VCF. sync to osc or lfo for each synth section. can be played in a number of ways for each section with an option for a 4 note polyphonic synth.
Has the meatiest and warmest sound of any modern analog i've come across, obviously they have spent alot of time working on actual sound quality aswell as features.
good midi implementation for the controls available. Individual outputs (aswell as main stereo) and EXT in on each section. Very good for plugging other kit in and using the filters or FM to further develop sounds.

'Today, fewer and fewer people actually create their own sounds, and simply play presets or sounds created by programmers. However, the original purpose of the synthesizer was to "create sound". It's easy to simply select a preset you like, but that sound will always be "someone else's sound". We at Roland asked, "Why don't we return to the roots of synthesis; the enjoyment of creating original sounds?" We considered many different ways in which we could bring back the fun of creating sounds, and the result is the JD-800 before you. "Creating sounds" may seem like a highly technical process, but it's actually just a matter of moving a slider to make the sound change!
