"ARP 2600 (2601: revised/enhanced model) with 3620 keyboard.

The synth is in excellent condition (operationally & physically), used in a non-smoking studio. I am the second owner and it was acquired from its first owner in the mid-90s and sounds great, no issues at all. The synth was sent to Tim Smith at Weyer-Smith Labs in 1999, some issues had been tweaked and was given a clean bill of health. The black Tolex that covers the synth & keyboard is in excellent condition. NOTE: there is discoloration on 5 keys of the keyboard. Original User and Service Manuals included as well as several patch cables, and original power cord."

"A 3 stage sequential sample and hold!

The CGS734 is an analog control voltage shift register, three stages in length. It duplicates the functionality of the Serge ASR, but goes about it in a very different way. An Analog Shift Register is a sequential sample and hold module for producing arabesque-like forms in musical space. Whenever pulsed, the previously held voltage is sent down the line to three consecutive outputs to produce the electrical equivalent of a canonic musical structure. It is great for producing sequences for VCOs, but is also useful for many other CV applications.

Unlike ASRs produced using "bucket brigade" techniques, the CV outputs are constant from the beginning of the cycle to the end - there is no "charge period" in which a brief glide is heard.

Features

Clock in
CV in
3 Sequential output stages"

Elby Designs CGS758 Utility LFO Eurorack Module

Perfect Circuit Audio (RSS)

"The CGS758 Utility LFO is a dual utility LFO offering manually variable wave shapes and intermixing of the two LFOs.

Standard waveshapes are falling ramp variable through triangle to rising ramp, and variable pulse width. A fixed square is also available, as is a combination waveshape that is variable between the saw/tri output and the square. This is a mix, not a morph.

The two switches, Join and Swap, allow the variable outputs of the two LFO’s to interact. The Join switch interconnects the two variable outputs by swapping their ramp outputs with each other, so that each output is a combination of that LFO's square wave with the other's ramp. The Swap switch reverses the outputs of the second LFO so that when Join is on one VARI output is a combination of both square waves while the other is a combination of both ramps. When Join is off, Swap merely reverses the direction in which the second LFO's Vari knob works.

Features

Pulse output per LFO
Tri/Saw output per LFO
Square output per LFO
Vari output per LFO
Speed knob with LED feedback per LFO
Shape knob per LFO
Vari knob per LFO
Join switch
Swap switch"

"The CGS762 Slope Detector is an event-driven gate/trigger generating device.

It monitors a control voltage, and responds according to what that voltage is doing. If the voltage is rising, the slope detector gives a gate output (approx. 5V) on its "Rising" output. Likewise, if the voltage is falling, the slope detector gives a gate output on its "Falling" output. The duration of this gate signal depends on the incoming CV and the setting of the sensitivity pot. When the CV is remaining constant, the "Steady" output activates.

These gate signals can be used to fire envelope generators dependent on the action of the CV, for example opening a filter when a melody is rising in pitch, and closing it when the melody is falling in pitch. It can also be used to generate gate signals from LFOs, envelope generators, to advance sequencers etc.

The sensitivity pot allows the slope detector to work with either relatively fast events, like the edges of a square wave pulse train, or very slow events, such as the sine output of an LFO being used to drive filter/phaser sweeps.

Features

Sensitivity level knob
High/Low Sensitivity switch
CV input
Rising, Steady, and Falling gate outputs
LED inidicator for each gate output"

Elby Designs ED103 MIDI2SDS(X) MIDI to Trigger Converter

"A handy module for converting MIDI data to trigger pulses.

The ED103-MIDI2SDS(X) is an 8-channel MIDI note to Trigger unit suitable for use with a variety of drum machines including the SDS range from Simmons for which it was originally designed.

The unit has 8, velocity sensitive, trigger outputs which can be assigned to a specific MIDI Note using the `LEARN’ mode.

The period of the gate-on time can be adjusted using the onboard trimpot (P101) from approximately 1mS to approximately 130mS. Factory setting is 10mS.

The amplitude of the trigger outputs can be adjusted using two onboard trimpots. P151 sets the lower voltage level and is factory set for 0V. P152 sets the upper voltage level which can extend from around 5V to 10V. The factory setting is 5V.

It also has a 'learn' mode, which lets you assign different notes and channels to different triggers. You could, for example, have four triggers on channel 10, two more on channel 11, one on channel 15 and one on channel 2.

To use the `learn’ mode, you simply hold down the LEARN button until all the LED’s come on. Then the LED for the first channel to be set will flash once every second, indicating that it is waiting for a note to be assigned to trigger it. Once received it will trigger its output, and then flash the next LED showing it is waiting for the next trigger assignment. Repeat for all 8 triggers, if you don't want to reprogram all the outputs then simply wait, the unit will time out after roughly 4 seconds, saving any changes to trigger notes in FLASH memory.

8 LED’s indicate the status of each of the output triggers and are also used during LEARN mode to assist the user whilst programming the board.

Features

MIDI In
Learn button: Engages MIDI learn mode
8 Trigger outputs
8 LED indicators
Easily calibratable via trimmers and dip switches on the back (See manual)"

Elby Designs ED108 ChaQuO Chaotic Signal Generator

"A healthy dose of chaos for your eurorack modular!

The ED108-ChaQuO is a combination of a Chaos Generator (CG) and a Quadrature Oscillator (QO) and was designed by Ian Fritz.

The main function of this module is a versatile chaotic signal generator (CG). Chaotic signals are signals that have varying degrees of interesting irregularity without actually becoming random. This CG is an analog electronic simulation of the classical driven double potential-well problem, with the addition of extra gain in the circuit loop, and an extra cross-coupling path to extend the range of chaotic patterns available.

The double-well system is a "second-order" system and therefore requires an external driving signal. This is provided by the second part of the module, a sinusoidal Quadrature Oscillator (QO).

The two parts of the module may be used together or separately. The CG may be driven by any output of the built-in QO or by any external oscillator. The QO may drive the CG or be used independently as a four phase oscillator for the usual spatial modulation and other applications. Both parts of the module are manually controlled, to provide a compact, cost-effective unit. The QO has a frequency span of roughly 0.03 Hz to 3 kHz in two overlapping ranges.

This is a unique and complex module, we advise you to read the manual thoroughly to get the best grasp of how to use it.

Features

Chaos Generator:

Rate knob
Damp knob
Couple knob
Gain knob
X, Y, and Z outputs
Drive level knob
External Drive Input
Quadrature Oscillator:

Coase tuning knob
Fine tuning knob
Hi/Lo frequency range switch

Elby Designs ED109 TGTSH Complex Sample & Hold

Perfect Circuit Audio (RSS)

"The Elby Designs Threshold/Gate/Trigger/Sample/Hold isn't your everyday sample and hold!

The ED109-TGTSH is a module that combines two important synthesizer functions. It produces trigger and gate signals whenever a "timing" signal input crosses a user-defined threshold. At the same time, the trigger pulse fires a high-performance sample-and-hold circuit that samples a second "main" signal input.

The timing signal waveform would, typically, be a waveform with a -5V to +5V swing. This signal can range in frequency from around 0Hz to well over 5kHz. The triangle output from a good LFO would be a good example.

Features

Timing Signal input
Threshold knob
Modulation input with depth knob: For modulating Threshold
Gate output
Trigger output
Main input
Main output
Main Level knob"
