"The Strings N' Things synth has 2 outs, one mix (Piano and Strings mixed together) and Piano (just piano). The string tones are a pad, and vary from a cello sound, to a violin sound. Definitely has that old analog vibe to it. With the ability to control the mix of piano and strings on the Mix Out, you can dial in some sweet sounds. The tuning on this sounds like a circuit bend and makes for some cool effects. It's been tested and is fully working, but the Mix out is noisy. The piano out, is about as quiet as it can be. All the pots are working and all the controls work. The highest G sharp and B keys are dead. It might just be a simple fix..."  More pics of the inside below.

Interesting serial number. It looks a bit etched in the bottom pic. Via the seller's listing: "This is an original Mini Moog. Serial number T235JE. I can't date it from the number, I can only find from 1000 up, somebody email me if you know it's year please. The wooden casing could be mistaken for new, there is virtually no wear and tear. I have turned it on and checked what i know about it. There are three oscillators and they all give sound, and the tuning works. The keys all seem to work. This synth has been stored since new and hasn't been mistreated. I am a guitarist that bought it many years ago with the intention of playing it but it never happened, i also don't understand the controls on it..."

"Here's a play-thru of some sounds I made on a DSI Prophet 12 while it was in my possession. This synth can go extremely deep or simply sweet. For my purposes, I think I tend to lean more on the modern electro-indie/pop side, taking advantage of the P12's warbly dirt or sharp grit. I encourage you to check out the rest of my Soundcloud too for more music.
