Rheyne - Live Jam #83 (coffee table jam)

"Live looping with KMI controllers, two wireless iPads running Lemur, and Ableton Live. All loops are recorded live, nothing was pre-recorded.

The KMI 12-step is mapped to four separate loopers for each instrument (drums, piano, two synths). In this video, only the looper for the drums is being triggered, and the remaining loops are recorded into clip slots and toggled via Lemur running Live Control 2.0. Both instances of Lemur on the iPads are wirelessly controlling Ableton Live via an ad-hoc network. The Lemur keyboards are controlling two separate instances of NI's Massive. The audio-out from the Macbook was split to headphones and a Zoom Q3HD. The video was recorded with a Canon T3i.

...and my apologies on that last chord... missed one of the notes! But if I edited it, it wouldn't be live anymore.

Excuse the brightness, Its low to show the Oscilloscope which was too bright. Its the sound thats important.

Here we have 2 Square Osc tuned an octave apart. Routed into the MOD , which is the ring mod of the PMF. Then the filter turns into a third OSC @5:40 to distort and create nice harmonics and Phatness."
