"A quick tip to get a simple kick drum from a Buchla system. Though I'm using a 200 system this works perfectly with a 200e system, i.e. 281e for pulse and 291e for filter. And, regarding the banana to tinijax: From BEMI -- the audio inputs on the modules go through op amps that are supplied by ±15v (30v total), and they can handle anything within that range safely. Since control voltages never go above 10v peak-to-peak they can’t do any harm to the modules."

"the mankato filter is a four-pole lowpass filter with positive and negative outputs at every pole, giving you slopes of 6 db/oct, 12 db/oct, 18 db/oct, and 24 db/oct simultaneously. the negative slope outputs allow you to use the mankato as a quadrature sine oscillator with 8 available phases. the mankato will self-resonate from subaudio to superaudio, and responds to one volt per octave through its unattenuated control inputs. the signal inputs are dc coupled, which allows you to use the mankato as a voltage-controlled slew limiter."

Synthesizer 101

This is a self-contained semi-modular synthesizer with a 37-note (F-F) keyboard. It features an ADSR,
LFO, Portamento, a VCO (with pulse width modulation and a tuning knob from 10Hz to 10kHz),
white or pink noise, an audio mixer (with sliders for VCO, Noise, and External Input), a high-pass filter,
a low-pass VCF, and a VCA with input for LFO. There are also buttons for auto-glide and manual-glide
and an A-440Hz tuning oscillator. All of this in 21 sliders, five knobs, 14 mini-jack sockets,
seven switches, and three 1/4" jacks (for headphone and high and low outputs).

Expander 102
This is essentially a keyboardless Synthesizer 101, with a few exceptions.
It was designed to sit upright, behind the 101.
Instead of glide controls, the 102 has a sample-and-hold module with variable lag time,
and instead of noise, the 102 has a ring modulator.
The 102 also features weak and strong sync inputs and a mix cascade jack socket instead of the tuning oscillator.
Sequencer 104

The 104 is a 12 X 2 step sequencer, featuring variable gate time, series or parallel configuration,
switchable ranges, and buttons for Start, Continue, Stop, and Step.
It was designed to sit to the left of the 101."

Yamaha TQ5 FM Synthesizer Sequencer with Clock Out Mod

"Good condition save for minor sticker residue which will come off with alcohol.

Has been specially modified to have a Clock out. There is a diagram attached to the listing which explains where this is in the circuit.

The metronome is very loud, and is added to the audio after the volume control.

There is a 1/4" socket on the side of the machine that taps that clock out, so you can run it through a separate mixer channel and taper off the high end and modify it's volume.

Does not include power supply or keyboard shown in picture.

Power supply is listed as "15v" on back of unit, however, 12v is sufficient."
