PPG Waveterm A and Wave 2.2 Wavetable Synthesizer from the year 1982.
Only 500 Waveterm A&B are made in the early 80s
price WT-A: 15.000 DM
The Waveterm is the heart of the legendary PPG system and based on an old german computer called Eltec Eurocom II with Motorola 6809 processor.

- storage of sounds on 8" disc

Minor marks on the external shell. Otherwise in very good shape!
Included are the original artificial leather carrying bag and the 12v power supply (EU Plug, 220/240 AC input).
Also included are hi-res scans of the original Schematics and Service Manual"

"This one is in excellent cosmetic condition and is working 100%. It is ready to be used and needs nothing! It does not have the midi jacks installed as I didn't want to drill any holes into it, but it can be controlled via midi by the USB jack located in the battery compartment. All the data is stored into it's internal Eprom so batteries are no longer needed to maintain it's memory. Please go to the Social Entropy website to see the specs of this upgrade. It will come with the original silver gig-bag and a power supply."
