"I've recently got hold of a Prophet 6 and have tried to translate some of the patches I've made before for the OB6. Some of them sound quite similar, but some are totally different. I've noticed that it isn't just the filter that is different between the two, but also the oscillators, envelopes and overall character. First 25 patches."

It's been almost 2 years since I brought out Evolved Vol 2 for the Sequential Prophet 6 Synthesizer and wasn't sure I'd do another, however Sequential have updated the Prophet 6 with the 'Vintage Knob' feature, from the Prophet 5 Rev 4 Synth. After making a 3rd Bank for the Sequential 0B6, it was obvious to do another Bank for the Prophet 6.

In this set I've also focused a little more on making Patches using Osc 2 as a Modulation Source and delving deeper. While there is the odd "Vintage" patch, it's more about getting new Synthesizer sounds."

"Anothger 25 Patches, which are part of Evolved Vol 1 - 100 Patches for the Prophet 6. The inspiration for these Patches are from 2 Banks I made for the DSI OB6. As an experiment, I thought I'd see if they would translate from the OB6 to the Prophet 6...Some did, some didn't, some sound better of the Prophet and others not. Was on a test, but decided to do a full Bank of Patches."

"Back with the fantastic Prophet 6 and have done a few Live Streams with it lately also! These first 20 or so patches have me utilising Oscillator 2 as a Modulation Source, trying to get more movement with the sound.

I'm focusing more on New Sounds, rather than old classics and while Vol 1 does contain some known and retro patches, Vol 2 is more about trying to dig deep into the Synth.

That said, there are some cool Leads, juicy Bass and Chocolate covered Pads...Just want to see what I can do though to push it further..."

"GEOSynths Sound Design has been established since 2017 and is owned and managed by Jamie Morden. With over 30 years’ experience within audio production, live performance and sound design, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience, together with a professional attitude to complete a project on time and on budget. Sound Design has been the focal point for Jamie, especially in recent years due to the revival of analog synthesizers and the advancements within digital synthesis.

Jamie has currently produced synth patch libraries for several hardware poly synths for both analog and digital Synthesizers, however he is keen to further this by creating synth libraries for software synthesizers as well. "I recently bought a Sequential Trigon 6, as I've made multiple Banks for both the Prophet 6 and OB6, both of which are fantastic Synthesizers. When they announced the Trigon, I knew I'd have to get one and while there are certain Headlines, such as the "Ladder Filter", for me there are others elements that I love about it, which are not featured on the Prophet 6 or OB6.
