How to Connect MIDI Devices Over 1km Apart

The MIDIMizer-Long Range system consists of two boxes with the following features:
two MIDI In ports
two MIDI Out ports
one RJ45 port for the long distance Cat5 cable
one micro-B USB port for power
The wiring diagram below shows how to connect the system:
