"I recently was on a business trip down in North Carolina and stopped by the Moog Headquarters on my way back home. While at their store, I picked up a Mother-32. I will have a lot of fun with this little guy.

Messing Around #3 (Microkorg & Casiotone CT-310)

"I was playing around with my Microkorg's built in arpeggiator and found that the "Random" type sounded pretty interesting. I decided to use all black keys since I have a love for them and played a simple melody on my Casiotone CT-310. I also threw in a little low tom using my Volca Beats.

"Messing around with my new Casiotone CT-310.

I recieved this old Casiotone not too long ago and decided it was time to try implementing it into a new track. While it is no more than a basic toy synth, it was been able to give me some beautiful pads to work with. In combination with my Volca Beats and a low drone in Logic, I think it sounds quite beautiful.

I decided to choose a more agressive tone for this track considering most of the sounds I have been playing with as of late have been more soft and lush.
