Good lord! $781 for a midi board for a Polysix? And that seems to be the average price (1 Pound= 1.9 U.S. Dollars) with all their boards- it's cheaper to forget midi altogether and just buy a used analog synth of your choice. Bastards.
ReplyDeleteWith so many plugins being able to emulate all of the synths they sill kits for- using midi no less- you'd think their products would be *reasonably* priced.
Jeezus... No kidding... You could retrofit 11 Polysixes with Greg M.'s MIDI kit for the cost of 1 Kenton board!
ReplyDelete"the price shown includes fitting by expert engineers at our premises in London"
ReplyDeleteEven theough the exchange rate works out to be high in US dollar terms, people in the UK apparently are used to paying a shitload more for everything anways. So when you look at prices comparatively, it's really not that bad. Considering it includes installation.
Yeah Greg's includes installation too and is just a little cheaper - $70.
