Throat synth

flickr by Leadtowill.

"This started life as a toy voice changer circuit and got a few tweaks. A microphone element is mounted on an ex-chair leg, this can be pressed into the throat to allow un-mouthed vocals to be processed separately from mouthed vocals.
An output selection can be made from an internal speaker, line level and amplified outputs."

  2. this instrument involves you pressing a chair leg into your throat?? Is this meant for people with no gag reflex?

To reduce spam, comments for posts older than one week are not displayed until approved, usually same day. Do not insult people. For items for sale, do not ask if it is still available. Check the auction link and search for the item. Auctions are from various sellers and expire over time. Posts remain for the pics and historical purposes. This site is meant to be a daily snapshot of some of what was out there in the world of synths.
