Argh! When I was in a band, our guitarist had one of these things. I tried to do a few things with it, and I quickly grew to hate it. The touch keyboard was horribly unreliable. Eventually the only thing I could use it for was a few sustained bass notes (it did have a filter that was good for bass). But whenever I played a note on it, I had to turn it down at the mixer, hold the note, and monitor it first to make sure the correct note was sounding. Then I'd turn it up at the mixer.
