attached is the pic of the set up for this track, its my current live set up that i've been testing - modular & mic into xstation- xstation via usb into Ableton- some effects on them plus an instance of absynth all out via xstation into amp/pa/mixer then visuals are evolution xsession (wots with all the x's?) controlling quartz composer.
on another note i have just finished a dvd compiling the first four abre ojos a/v tracks, if any of your readers want a copy i'm happy to trade for their own music CD/DVD or it can be purchased for $15USD via paypal posted anywhere. it also includes the tracks as mp3's for transfer to their non video device... they can email via the website if they are interested"

I see a ChaQuo in there and a Z5000?
ReplyDeleteCan anyone tell me what that box is sitting on the laptop? What does it do? Thank you.
ReplyDeleteIt's an Evolution XSession midi controller.
ReplyDelete@ ghostdog- yup the ChaQuo is such a fun module so many options (so little time)
ReplyDelete@ drfresh - the Evolution Xsession is used for controlling the visuals in Quartz Composer - but it can be used to control anything that has midi capability
