Stilwell Audio Olga SCHWA Ashtray

Remember the Stillwell Audio Olga? On the product page, the image of the soft synth is here to the left. Below is an image from the music of sound. Note the ashtray. It reminded me of Gmedia's M-Tron and the coffee stains pictured further below. I'm curious how many other soft synths come with "real life" aesthetics.

  1. Schwa's Olga has all sort of different decorations besides the ashtray. there are some guitar picks, a wadded-up paper with calculations on it, a beer opener, a rubber ducky, and i think a few others.
it was crazy how many people complained about it in the Olga forums. i was surprised that so many people were so vehement about a little decoration that has nothing to do with the sound or functionality of the synth.

  3. yes, you can.

There's another surprise. If you click on a specific location (find it by yourself ;-) all the labels will become readable in english.
