the poly 800 uses sampled waveforms of square wave harmonic intervals that are either activated or deactivated, which is in effect an additive square wave oscillator section. The filter how ever is CPU controlled and is analog.
ReplyDeleteis that true? i thought a DCO was an oscillator controlled by a microprocessor rather than a comparator? like with the juno 106, etc.
