dR0NEMATr1X + TX606

"dronematrix is an opto-electric synth based on a grid of LEDs modulated in octaves, played with a light sensitive stylus. There are two in the video but only the right-hand one is in use.

TX606 is a modded roland tr-606, and is processing audio from the dronematrix and playing thru a guitar amp w/ no extra fx.

"seriously modified Roland TR-606, processing audio from an mp3 player, and playing thru a guitar amp.

additional circuits inside:
KICK2 808-style tunable bassdrum oscillator with decay, tune, envelope, and tone parameters. Triggerable by either KICK1 or LT via toggle select.

Noiseprocessor block with 2 external audio inputs that can replace internal noise sourcse to snare/toms and hat/cymb, featuring x-fader to flip and blend noise sources.

Individual outputs for KICK1, KICK2, SNARE, HT/LT, CYMB, CH/OH.

Original trigger outputs.

Modded snare: FILT/DECAY/TUNE parameters

Modded toms: both tunable, click CCW to disable oscillator (LPF noise gate still active)

1/8" aluminum panel with graphics by Lars Larssen

Housed in a matte black wooden picture frame with 1/4" transparent acrylic bottom.
