Well...actually the original was single sided, where as this design is double sided with plated through holes....a much nicer design. In this kit I include the circuit board and all components needed to construct the module. The only thing missing is your trigger ( drum pad, microphone, piezo disk, etc.) plastic knobs for the pots, and a suitable enclosure. You may even want to get serious and use several of these kits to build a custom system. Also, the boards are small enough to install inside the shell of a small drum, just like the old Synare "UFO's" . Quality components are used throughout the design and assembly instructions are included.
The Synare Controls:
Tune - controls the pitch of the Oscillator
Freq - controls the speed/rate of the LFO wave that controls the pitch
Mod.- controls the depth of the LFO wave that controls the pitch
Decay - controls the length of the sound
Sweep - controls the range in which the oscillator sweeps
Vol. - controls the output volume
