  1. I really liked the Police, but was never much for Sting's attitude and bass abilities. Why would you be having your photo taken without a shirt on in the studio? Was it that hot in there? My $0.02.

  2. Actually it's a shot from their studio work in the Carribean, and indeed the heat was reportedly unsufferable

  3. Air Monserrat studios, probably the Ghost in the Machine or Synchronicity sessions. In the 80s it was my dream to work there, sigh.

Also, if I was a golden god like that I would spend as much of my time with my shirt off as I could get away with.

    Great view, but damnable heat!

  5. Back in my day we had to air condition the studio up hill both ways.... In the snow.

  7. This just proves that some people "DO HAVE IT ALL" - body, skills, voice, talent, money, babes, fame, traveling the world, doing what they love and just being worshiped. Oh, and reportedly he can lay down the pipe like nobody's business...

Top of the food chain, baby. Top of the friggin food chain...

    Mad props Mr. Sting.
