  1. looks uncomfortable to edit w/a horizontal panel like that. seems like it makes more sense to just buy a nice controller and put it in front of the desktop version.. or better yet.. buy a laptop ;)

  2. Didn't they learn their lesson from releasing the desktop version?

  3. It's fashionable now to have big piles of knobs and wires in front of you, but this seems like a bad design to me. It looks fragile, and it can't be placed under another keyboard on a multi-tier stand. I, too, would rather have the desktop version above or next to my controller keyboard. (...if I wanted the desktop version, that is.)

And who cares about digital cartoons of the keyboard anyway? Shouldn't they post photographs?

  4. I for one hope it looks exactly like they show it. Ribbon!!!!! PLEASE allow it to simulate the zero-point touch!
Knobs - yes. Swithces - yes! I would like the see the knobs separate from the display and spread out more, but I gotta tell ya - it looks sexy!

  5. Am I the only one who finds "be original" an ironic slogan for a synth that models other synths? I have no problem with that, and I know it goes deeper, but their marketing person(s) should be fired.
