i wonder if people are freaked out or if it goes over bandwidth.it seems common enough to be noticeable..
who knows..
I usually don't. It only happened once and it was because someone put a person that did not want to be in the video up. YouTube and Vimeo handle the bandwidth so that's not an issue an if you put it up on either, typically you want it to be seen. My guess is either Part 2 wasn't up yet so niamhguckian made it not available until it was, or he wanted to put a different version up. They are both up now.
