KORG Radias Concept Art

via A on the KORG Forums

"I just came up with some ideas for a new generation Radias. The photoshop job is crappy & blurry but I think you get my point though. The main idea is to get a somewhat streamlined and modernized interface with a huge touch-sensitive colour display and a top row of encoders that change their function according to the menus. Also, please note the M3 styled buttons (for quick preset changes etc.), the numeric keys, and the three lighted mod-wheels with some additional function switches on the keyboard unit. In general, this would be an expanded Radias with (optional) DAW integration / multichannel audio streaming via USB (3.0?) or Firewire. I am in no way related to Korg and just made this for fun. Maybe it gets a little discussion going coz I think It's time for a new Radias.
Best regards,
A"

  1. Nice job but I rather prefer plenty of potentiometers like on the original Radias !!

  2. That's what we all said in the forums :)

  3. I wish people would quit it with the silly colors and streamlining and touchscreens. Every Korg should look like an MS-20. Keep it black, full of knobs, and no nonsense.
