via Mark"Here's my PC-1600 upgraded with version 2 software and a vacuum fluorescent display. This is a very easy mod to do. I did go to the trouble of gluing a grey gel filter to the inside of the clear window using optical glue. That step is optional, but these displays look a lot better with a dark filter in front of them. This VFD is Newhaven part number M0220SD-202SDAR1-1G. Arrives ready to install, no soldering necessary.
