Nice T!!! :) Added to the MATRIXSYNTH Hall of Fame!
"A caffeinated, volume-unsteady adventure with the new HxC SD Floppy Emulator from -- installed into a Korg DSS-1 Sampler/Synthesizer to replace the old 720K drive.

I am not a DSS-1 expert, nor have I owned this beast for any notable length of time, however, I couldn't stand the fact I couldn't use it fully without the floppy drive. Hopefully, problem solved! These are remarkable music machines, and people have done some incredible things with them, even after a quarter century of other synthesizers, manufacturers and trends changing all around."

  1. I haven't taken that shirt off in a week. It's awesome! Kidding, I've taken it off. Once to go swimming.

  2. Darn. I wish I'd known about this when my DSS-1's drive died. (Bought new in 1987. Croaked in 2009). Hope the guy I gave it to on Craigslist knows about this... ;-)
