16 Step Ambient (Single Pattern Experiment)

16 Step Ambient (Single Pattern Experiment) by iNALOG
"This song is one pattern of 16 steps, looped a lot of times. With this track I hope to demonstrate how you can bring variation to a single looping pattern.

For the synth track I have used a SLOW (unsynced) MODULATION GENERATOR FREQUENCY. For the drum tracks I have used RESET TRIG IN to make some loops shorter than 16 steps. This creates different rhytmic lengths playing against eachother: polyrhythm. I also used different SEQUENCE MODES, so the step sequencer doesn't simply loop but goes back and forth or random.

Please remix it if you want to.

Cheers,
Rutger"
