  1. Nord G3 Modular, with built-in touchscreen patch editor, right? Right?!?

    What kept me from getting a G2 was that I knew some day the computer it was attached to would become obsolete. Build in the patch editor, and that problem goes away!

    That is such a good point. Venom, Ultranova, and all of these groove box controllers for Live... what will they be worth in 15 years? I suppose you will still be able to play the presets on the synths.

  3. just make the nord modular 100% software. it's the best thing to patch with and most fun of all software modular environments.. so why not just bite the bullet and make an AU/VST/Stand alone version for the computer? or make a tabletop version with a handful of knobs and big LCD, monitor output and USB for a mouse and keyboard.

    but i'm sure they will just have whatever the next version is of some stage piano keyboard thing. that seems to be what they are all about these days.
