"This item is an Alesis HR-16 that has been custom painted and modified by James Gramling of Class A Electronics aka Diabolical Devices. It features the Diabolical Devices original LED patch grid and pitch modification. When no modifications are activated this machine will act like a regular HR-16.
Modifications:
Pitch/CLK speed adjust: This modification is by-passable and affects all drum sounds but NOT the tempo. It works by adjusting the clock speed the sampled sounds are playing back at and at lower clock speeds has a bit reduction effect. Led indicates pitch control status.
LED Patch Grid: This is similar to our typical Circuit-Bending ROM interface but requires only a single LED patch pin to link two bending points. The LED falshes different colors and reacts to the ROM data present at that location. Multiple pins can be used at once. This item includes (4) LED patch pins.
This item comes with 9 VAC Power supply (US customers only) and (4) LED patch pins. International shipping is $55 worldwide."
