"A completely unique midi-controller!

This was made completely by hand as an art installation for a gallery in Maine, and later, The Portland Children's Museum. It has a semi-removeable midi brain built into it's stomach from highlyliquid.com, and 24 piezo microphones embedded in its skin, that when hit/punched/kicked, send a midi signal to any compatible device to trigger a sound. You can think of them like hidden keyboard keys, that play a noise from your computer, synth etc. when you hit them. I want to make it very clear that this is ONLY A CONTROLLER. It doesn't make sound itself. It was built with being beat in mind and is very robust.

Fun possibilities abound with this thing!

ROUGH DIMENSIONS: 8 feet tall, 3 feet wide, and about 5 feet from nose to butt. Weighs about 70 lbs"
