Digital Warrior sequencer Shruthi Jam

Published on May 8, 2014 Tomash Ghzegovsky·38 videos

"Small jam session with the Digital Warrior, Mutable Instruments Shruthi 1 and Volca Beats. The Digital Warrior is in standalone mode, acting as the clock master and melodic sequencer for the other devices.

Giving control over octave, note and velocity for each step, as well as tying steps for a note hold. Also the ability to independently change the length of each of the 16 sequences can be used to create interesting polyrhythmic loops.

A computer was used only to record the sound and apply a basic reverb effect.
