RK-002 Firmware for the KORG Kaossilator

"The RK-002/KOS Firmware version enables you to play the Korg Kaossilator with a regular keyboard (or sequencer).
Note that the note scale is defined on the Kaossilator with the range,key and scale settings.

- BSP velocity is mapped to Kaossilator Y-axis.
- The RK004 translates Beatstep Pro sync pulses to Volca Beats
- The Volca beats has a snare mod
