"The Patch Editor has been designed for easy parameter editing for many of the older keyboards with easy to use controls for every synth type. Every active control will light up to make fast changes simple and buttons are colour coded depending which state is active. Each control that is changed will clearly identify itself on the display.

  1. These are pretty cool. Just got one for my Korg Kiwisix, OB Matrix 1000, Roland MKS70s, Waldorf Pulse and Chroma Polaris. Setup can be confusing, but it transmits both incoming note AND the data from the Patch Editor through it's MIDI OUT. I bet a lot of these are sold because setup can be so confusing, as normally MIDI OUT wouldn't pass the data from a downstream device. My setup is Kurz 2600 OUT into Patch Editor into MOTU Express 128 and MOTU TImpepiece AV and it works great (Pro Tools Ultimate HD). No need for the THRU business KiwiTechnics recommends. So far so good. Works best with the Chroma Polaris so far - but still learning.
