2,000 Behringer K-2 (KORG MS20) Synthesizers Ready to Ship
Some pics of the inner box, outer shipping box, and a few on the "Aging Test" bench. These appear to be from Behringer's factory in China based on the Chinese characters. You can see some of the workers there as well.
On the box:
"Analog and Semi-Modular Synthesizer with Dual VCOs, Ring Modulator, External Signal Processor, 16-Voice Poly Chain and Eurorack Format"
Side note: for those of you new to Behringer products, this is worth a read. There are two, or rather three camps when it comes to Behringer. Those that support them, those that don't, and those that look the other way. You get to decide what camp you are in yourself. My job is to report the news.

Where it says "those that don't" I assume that means people who are actively vocal or otherwise against Behringer products? Because otherwise it would be indistinguishable from "those who look the other way." (I.e. don't care?) You make it sound so political like Game of Thrones rather than market share and product quality.
ReplyDelete"those who look the other way" == those that don't support them *but buy them anyway* because, cheap.
DeleteI want one!!
ReplyDeleteHonestly, used equipment is price up in to the stratosphere. Back in the 80's I was able to buy Moog's/Sequential for $150-$300 a used synth. There are alot of people who would like to use this technology however manufactures are not listening to them so Behringer is filling in the gaps. BTW I sold all my vintage equipment and made a killing. I also purchased the Behringer's replacements and they all work great and I still have money in the bank.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny that I bought a MS20 because I could not afford a mini Moog, and now Behringer will sell probably both at the same price.
ReplyDeleteBehringer are bottom feeders
