"This is an incredibly RARE synthesizer because it has been modified to be able to receive 4 audio inputs and pass each of them through the wavetable oscillator and through the Curtis filter too, then out individually or as a summed stereo signal. The modification was officially endorsed by Waldorf, but there were very few units done. You can see the 4 inputs directly above the 4 individual outputs on the back of the rack unit. This modification alone should significantly increase the value of this unit above the average selling price of £1650 for other MicroWave 1s sold on Reverb. I am also including the Access MicroWave Controller, which is an external MIDI-controller which provides knob-per function control of the rack unit (which is otherwise difficult to adjust). The Access controller usually sells individually on Reverb for £400-£500, but I am including it together with the synthesizer because they make a perfect match. This Waldorf MicroWave Rev. 1 rack unit has all the wavetables from the PPG Wave synthesizer and more, and also a genuine Curtis analog filter, and also the 2.0 firmware update installed to improve the sound."
