"Late 70’s Prophet 5 revision 2. Has been modded and we haven’t been able to track down how it was modded exactly. Has MIDI and I was able to control this with an external keyboard. All 5 voices work, has some presets, not sure if they’re original or not....filters work, lfo works, bender works. Has a knob on back (“b range”) that will make the pitch change when you turn it. Has a kill switch on the back that just cuts the sound out. Somewhere along the way this board got a rev 3 heat sink installed in the back. If you are into actually playing these you’ll know that a heat sink is an improvement. The keybed is not in tip top, optimal condition, but still works with the exception of one key. I was told it just needs cleaned and this key will work. This was serviced with a deep cleaning, re-built power supply, some components replaced and some pots disassembled and refurbished. Amazing sound, I only scratched the surface with the video demo. This actually stays in tune way better than you’d probably expect. It will drift from time to time, but after a few tuning cycles, it’s very stable."
