The MT32-pi synthesizer has an I2S PCM5102 DAC sound card with good sound quality, which is almost indistinguishable from the original MT32. There is a large 4-line HD44780 display on the front panel.
On one side, there are a power switch, a standard 5DIN MIDI input port and an output Jack 3.5 (for headphones or amplifier). On the other side there is an easy access compartment with a memory card for software updates and banks storage.
The synthesizer currently has 2 operating modes:
1) 100% authentic in sound and functionality replica of the famous Roland MT-32.
2) Sound Font player. You can load any banks from microSD memory card (for example, Roland Sound Canvas 55 and 88).
The synthesizer is powered by a 220 volt electrical network and has an EU standard plug.
The synthesizer body is printed on a 3D printer and made of PETG plastic (it is not designed for large mechanical loads)."
